Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of saree products, the following conditions apply:

• Used or worn products cannot be returned
• Products without original packaging may not be accepted for return

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error was from our side.
